- Process applications including taking up our standard reference procedure.
- Preparation & execution of Tenancy Agreement.
- Collection of initial Tenant monies (deposit & first months rent).
- Preparation & execution of Schedule of Condition & Inventory.
- Demand monthly rent.
- Check Tenants in & out.
- Advise local authorities & take meter readings.
- Regular property visits.
- Advise Landlord of property repairs/maintenance and act on the instructions provided.
- Prepare & issue Monthly Statement of Account.
