Temples involvement with developers can begin from the outset; we offer expert advice on design and construction issues that may later influence the management of the development.

We will also create bespoke comprehensive budget estimate and management proposals, liaise directly with solicitors and supply information packs to potential buyers. As a rule, we do not directly employ cleaning, gardening or general maintenance contractors. Temples utilises tried and tested approved subcontractors in order to maintain control and best working practices, improve standards and reduce service charge expenditure.
