Thorough with Maintenance, a different approach to estate and block management

Where possible, Temples sub-contract cleaning gardening or general maintenance to multiple external approved contractors. Where Temples directly employs sit/caretaking staff a standard uniform is worn, which means that not only will residents see the same familiar faces week-in-week out, but they will also have regular point of contact should they have any comments or concerns regarding the estate that need addressing immediately and in person.


Ownership and pride

Our maintenance, management and finance team takes ownership and a sense of pride in the estates under our management. Site visits are conducted frequently by our estate managers and quality control reports produced for all locations to further monitor developments under our management, additional input from residents is always welcome as we unfortunately can not be on site every day and issues such as lights “blow”and “fly tipping” in bin sheds from residents moving in and out is a constant battle we face.


General caretaking

  • Lobby, staircases, lift and corridor cleaning
  • General maintenance (including replacing light bulbs and touching up paintwork)
  • Maintenance and cleaning refuse areas (bin stores and recycling facilities)
  • Maintaining gardens, grass cutting, leaf collection and sweeping hard landscaping and paths
  • Site safety (including site signage, salt bins and gritting)
  • Managing car parks (surface repairs, parking allocation signage, ventilation and entry/access points)
  • Routine health and safety checks, including emergency lighting and fire alarm tests

Many of our customers are residents leading busy lives in developments that themselves demand just that little bit more. That’s where our porterage and concierge services can make a real difference.

On hand to perform a variety of hotel-style services, designed to help make life easier for residents, these teams provide a familiar, friendly face and an immediate point of contact. They’ll also carry out daily schedule of activities to help maintain the fabric of the building and keep the estate in tip-top condition.

Duties carried out by Temples porterage and concierge teams may include:

Receiving and handling post and parcel deliveries, including registered mail and special deliveries

Handling out-going post and parcels on behalf of residents

Holding keys to give access to third parties (as directed)

General cleaning

General maintenance

Permitting access or accompanying tradesmen into properties for maintenance or repair
