About Temples

Temples Property Management (Bury St Edmunds) was founded by father and son partnership Derek & Daniel Wilson in 1997 with the aim of providing dedicated services to investment landlords and residential property investors.

The decision to create the company was founded on the belief that serious property investors required the assistance of a professional services company to handle the day to day people and property problems that are experienced by landlords. Temples offer a full service to clients from the sourcing of suitable property, refurbishment, letting and management.

Derek Wilson (Career Background)

Derek retired in 1994 following a 34 year career with one of the UK’s major banks and the last 15 years were at Director level. He then became a consultant in the field of investments, banking and marketing before agreeing in 1997 to work with his son in the creation of Temples.

Daniel Wilson (Career Background)

Following two years playing sport at a professional standard, Daniel settled into a career in residential property sales, investment, refurbishment and management for two of the largest property companies in the UK responsible for East Anglia and in particular the Bury St Edmunds area.

Daniel who has some 25 years knowledge/experience of residential property investment, purchase, and refurbishment in the Bury St Edmunds and surrounding area is rightly proud of the fact that Temples are regarded by industry professionals as well as many leading local and national firms of solicitors, accountants, property developers, and house builders as leaders in the field of residential property investment, letting & management.

There are no wild claims by Temples of being the number one agent however Temples let and manage residential property on behalf of individual/corporate clients and act on behalf of resident associations and freeholders of estates.

Derek and Daniel are supported by an extensive hand-picked team of qualified property maintenance, letting & management staff who continually attend industry professional development courses and sit the appropriate examination.
